The Kinnow is a cross fruit, closely related to the Mandarin but with a unique taste. This is primarily due to the soil constituency and climate under which they are grown in Punjab, Pakistan from November to March.

The Brief Grading / Processing Step

Handpicked Kinnows are carefully, pre-sorted at the farm. This process eliminates unwanted fruits from being transported to the packing house. It is important that all handpicked Kinnows are carefully transported for packing, where 20 Kgs plastic bins are used.
